'Mata hasn't been given a fair chance'

I just hope he takes his chances from now on. I think Jose would like him in his regular 11

Both Mata's assist are from deadfall situations.

So what you're saying is that Mata has transformed from a world beater to an average player in just a few months?

And these stats aren't for let's say some completely crazy and outlandish reason like him just being out of form?

Bro, I just posted a bunch of numbers. I aint saying nothin.

Fair enough, but stats are pretty meaningless in most cases without context.

The only player statistic that remains relevant without significant context is goals per game for strikers.
