The transfer window should be for just one day. Sod all this 1 month malarkey, it would stop a lot of the will he won't he sign and the boring transfers at the beginning of the window being rehashed by sky sports news up until the last day of the window. Who wants to hear about "Torquay @InsidePlainmoor have signed Josh Labadie on loan. Had a great spell there last season & goes straight into squad for today's match" I know I don't but I find myself checking anyway and everytime I'm disappointed! Come to think of it I have now realised I need a life.

I think you missed the part where I stated this news will be rehashed for the remainder of the window.

It does all get rather tedious. I reckon one week should be enough....

In all seriousness It's rediculous;however we continue To look which generates even more interest in the prem, which in turn means more money. But term it is way too tedious. It's even more intense with twitter being added into the mix.

I might be alone here but I like the transfer window, especially deadline day.
The speculation, as long as you treat it as just that, is fun and gives us a bit of banter between fans.

As someone who follows Torquay, the news that ladabie came back again wasn't the biggest at plainmoor today. Apparently, Robbie fowler was in the directors box, and there are rumours hes looking at the managers job after Alan knill got sacked last week.
