Kenny - 8 - some good saves, kept us in it till the 2nd goal
Zman - 6 - lack of pace,disorganized
Wooton - 6 - average
Pearce - 6 - slow and disorganized
Peltier - 6 - no threat going forward
Pugh - 7 - couple of crosses and a few tackles
Austin - 5 - poor,looked tired, can't complete an pass,no creativity
Murphy - 5 - no creativity, too slow on the ball
Byram - 7 - our most attacking player did his best
Smith - 6 - won a few headers,looked a threat when he got service
McCormack - 7 - worked hard, no quality service
Reason for the defeat was a non existant midfield.coulndt keep hold of the ball and put constant pressure on the defence.
Too many wasted passes and the long ball creeping back as the main tactic.
Would love to see the 3-5-2 with 2 out and out wingers and 3 CM's that can control a game and create chances.
Not too worried about the defence.
2 wingers, 1 midfielder that can take control and create and 1 striker is badly needed as far as I'm concerned.
Critisism againts McDermott .... Use the subs bence more efficiently! At least when there some time left on the clock. His inability to change things up when current tactics is not working is frustrating.

I think it's obvious where I stand - I would give Brian this season and next to improve the team and be challenging for promotion.
