Its about time something was done about games being postponed when fans have made the trip to there destination. The home club should pay the coach fair and give free entry to the game when it is to be played. This is happening far to often and clubs should be held responsible.Loyal fans i feel for you.

Yes totally agree , what a shambles , i feel for any fans who almost certainly had arrived having driven for five hours and incurred a lot of expense . Surely a decision could have been made mid- morning based on weather reports and state of the pitch , i travelled to Crawley once to find that game called off with an hour to go to kick off ,your sick in the stomach and totally deflated . On the plus side we get to be in the draw tomorrow ,and the players have a chance to recover from a busy holiday programme . Support will be low now for a mid-week replay but dont write us off just yet .

Yes what a complete waste of a day , we got to the ground to find the game was called off. I managed to use the clubs toilet and get a drink before the 4 hour drive back.
Having a chat with the doughnut man who had been on standby since 11:30 told me that the ref was awaiting the arrival of the Bournemouth manager who did not get the ground until 1:30. What a joke having every one hanging on a string. It would not have been so bad if the away fans had only an hour to the game, but when it takes 4 hours to get there, these people who make the call if the match is on or off should think about the travelling fans more. Rant over.

I went to Bradford a few years ago and was most perplexed to find that Valley Parade was almost deserted just prior to kick off. The chap in the ticket office told me that it was a late postponement.
