no of those managers can do better without spending vast sums of cash.

Mourinho - cheque book manager
Ancelotti - not convinced about him
Barry Fry - err
Pep - not convinced about him. has taken over bayern and barca near their peak - other managers teams. has never built a dominating team of his own. Plus, Fat Sam can do what Pep did
Wenger - 9 years without a trophy
Hiddink - overrated, cant even get a proper job so chases money trying to get teams to qualify for world cups
