BArton kept going on about if you pick someone up by the scruff of the neck the rules of football say its a yellow card. He didnt mention if you grab hold of someones shirt and pull them towards you screaminmg in their face and wont let go (and I think Barton tried to throw Gervinho over but was too much of a wimp). Surely that is violent conduct which is a straight red card
