Your sis should make her own.
If she's an artist she must have good eye-to-hand coordination.
It's as cheap as chips.
For bigger pictures, wooden picture rails or dado rails are good.
Don't buy in B & Q / Wickes.
Get the wood & glass in a cheap & cheerful part of town.
We've got wan or two in Glasgow.

btw Pro framers use wood glue & 5 mm glass as well.
They just charge as if it was the Sistine Chapel.

Theres a shop in shawlands arcade does picture framing, dear bastirds though but they make a nice job of it

Quinny for years now shes complained about the cost of framing. She would rather do her own but can be quite particular, she would rather someone showed her how to do it. She has commented before how she could easily make as much if not more from frame making. All her painting pals seem to have the same trouble.

That website is cheap for picture frames in relation to most I have checked out.
I was looking for a frame for the wee man's taekwondo suit and belts since he has moved to a different colour of suit I wanted to put his old suit and belts inside a frame.
I was getting quotes of £150 and £200 for an A2 size frame.
