So a second conviction for POLICE assault sees a non-custodial sentence. Its a complete disgrace that football fans are looking at prosecution which could carry custodial sentences for banners and songs while footballers seem to be able to do what they like with little repurcussion

I know Paul from my younger days, to say Paul is a bit of a end is an understatement
Celtic worked hard to get him out of it but the devil still seems to be in there and no excuse for this
What is worrying is what you say TRFC, if it was a fan at a game it would be 3 months up his erse probably

When you cast your mind back to Duncan Ferguson and how he was put in Jail this is just ridiculous that this guy is on the street.

Read that this morning.. disgrace how he is getting away with it pretty much Scot free. Community service his most normal people in the pocket as it stops them going to work and earning while they're doing their service.. footballers have ample free time to do it
