Seems to be getting on really well at Derby, I was impressed by his match against Chelsea ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1RMuIAJOIdo ). Where do you see his future? While I understand he prefers the centre back role and has played there for most of his youth career, he seems to be settled in the full back position and actually offers quite a lot going forward. Could we see him pushing Glen Johnson for a starting berth next season?

Richards is injured again Robbing.
Got injured v Bayern in early December, he is back fit I think just about.
Every time I have seen him this season he has looked awful though. Physically he is monstrous, but his positioning has never improved defensively and the way Man City play now he will get exposed a lot more than he ever did under Mancini.

What do you think he needs to work on to make it with Liverpool?
Also, how is he defending set pieces these days? We could do with a defender who doesn't suffer from narcolepsy at the moment.

wisdom will probably be loaned again next season, I would rather we bought in a top right back to challenge Glen and sent wisdom out for another year or two (at increasing levels of team ability, I.e. lower prem team next, then a mid table team) by that time Johnson will be shipped out so we get a small transfer fee from him before he retires. that's when wisdom should step up. the loan systems need to be used to get players ready for the first team, not the squad!
in doing that we will create a strong squad it will just take a few years.
