The guy is a good player. Has a great left foot and good vision. Quite young too. I can see him becoming a playmaker. He has the tools for that position.
I can see why United fans are happy. He has a lot potential.
But man are people going OTT or what? You get Mancs claiming he'd get into the first teams of Chelsea, City and Arsenal.
Where do they get off coming out with such statements?
Chelsea he'd compete with Hazard, Willian, Schurrle, Mata, Oscar who all rotate.
He'd be behind De Bruyne who's a superior player.
At City: Navas, Nasri, Silva, and Milner.
Arsenal: Podolski, Cazorla, Chamberlain, Walcott, Rosicky, and Ozil. He'd be on par/behind Gnabry.
At United he competes with Valencia, Young, Zaha and a Nani who's gone AWOL who all make him look better than he is.
Could Januzaj Get Into The Top 3 Sides?

Going back to the original post. I just stumbled across something.
comment by Sheriff John Brown - bring back David Dein (U7482)

Even Januzaj and Gnabry look like more intelligent and technically gifted players than Townsend.
--------------------------------------------------
"I've actually watched a lot of Januzaj and while he's looked good, there's the typical insane overdrive in the English press. He's not nearly as good as the pages he's creating in the media. And there's no facking way Gnabry has been anywhere near as good as Townsend."
And all of a sudden the same guy has him down as good a talent as Cesc. Can't say I'm surprised at all. I knew he was bit of a Manc. But I didn't have Sheriff down as fickle.

It's easy. When players prove you wrong, you admit it and move on. Rather than your crap about Sturridge when everyone with a clue can see his quality.

So in the space of 3 months or so, he went from 'overrrated' and "not as good as the media have him down as' to a young Cesc level talent?
I do know players prove people wrong and whatnot. Ramsey being the perfect example. But that's quite a change of heart man.
Pretty much sums you up really.

Ramsey changed a lot of people's minds in the space of 3 months. Engage your brains, bro. My very first comment on this thread stated I've watched Januzaj with the intention of proving how overrated he is (it's what fans like you do), but he's consistently proven me wrong. Very easy to understand but you're impervious to reason.
Read it again slooowly and let it sink in that players prove fans wrong. Only bittter, delusional, jealous or plain clueless fans persist in their views when proven wrong. Like you with Sturridge.

Don't even bother latching on that Ramsey example. I gave you that one.

Nice try. Looking back at your previous Januzaj comment it's clear you didn't rate him that much. This is you just back tracking and talking out your behind as per usual.
You watched him with the intention of proving how overrated he was? What? How does that even make sense?
You post drivel like the above which contradicts itself, then have the cheek to tell people to engage their brain.
Players prove us wrong all the time, yes. But going from you not rating him to Cesc level talent is laughable and speaks volumes for your fickleness.
Are Man U still better than us btw?

Just admit you didn't rate him. Pretty obvious you didn't.

Whatever the hell rocks your boat. Waste of my time. My points about Januzaj are made. You can keep going all menstrual about it.

And please, stop repeating this patent falsehood. At least, I hope it's just deliberate mischievious misquoting rather than poor comprehension skills. I never said anywhere that I didn't rate Januzaj. Saying a player is overrated doesn't mean you don't rate him. That's your twisted interpretation - certainly not my comment.
Will ignore the rest of the nonsense.
