Looking in the Wrong Places

As a fan who suffered at the hands of rochdale don't you think we are looking in the wrong places for players? Surely we should be aproaching the best young talent in league 1 and 2 .Young athletic type player with a will to succeed !. Our Players seem a stone a man too heavy and lack the will to win. Big time charlie's we don't want !
