We have a lot of youngsters out on loan in the Championship and Division 1 gaining great experience at present.
To quote MK Dons manager Karl Robinson 'I'm saying now he's a player'
Great start for youngster Chris Long

Yep he scored on his debut.Karl Robinson also remarked that for such a young lad he has the arrogance of a top player but in a good way.He was barking out orders to the MK Dons most senior players on the pitch during the game apparently

Looking at the players we have out on loan,we are giving enough of them chances to develop.
Matthew Kennedy and Matthew Pennington both to Tranmere,John Lundstram and shane duffy to Yeovil,Chris Long to MK Dons,Luke Garbutt to Colchester,Hallam Hope to Northampton and Tyias Browning to Wigan.
I know only a small percentage make it to become 1st team regulars, but it didn't do Ross much harm last season.

Always good to get young players out on loan.
Better for their development that they play in lower leagues rather than u21 football.
Looks like a good group of players in that age group coming through.
I hear the under 16s - 18s have some exceptional players
