Who can stop the Man City juggernaut?

City are winning, and winning massively, crushing every tiny little thing in their way and leaving debris in their wake. They have now scored 99 goals this season, and it's only January. Negredo 21, Aguero 20, Dzeko 15. At this rate, they are set to break all sorts of scoring records. No wonder all bookies have them nailed-on to lift the title and more. And the mighty Barcelona better be warned that the City tornado will soon be making a courtesy call in Catalunya. Can anyone stop this ruthless Man City juggernaut? Are they the best PL team ever?

"What do you judge your teams on? players, goals scored, goals conceded, what?"

You have to take all those things into account. But mainly I look at the quality of personnel.

Barca have some quality, so do City. Just tired of people going on about Barca as if they're the same team from 2009.
Xavi and Iniesta are not what they used to be.

I know what your saying but at the same time i'm tired of everyone going on like Man city are the best team in Europe, Kompany or Joe Hart aint what he used to be either. They are beatable as has been shown a few times this season.

Guess it goes both ways. haha You're right. City are not the best team in the world. And as you said, they mainly blow teams away at home with a little bit of help from linesmen and refs.

A lot will come down to who is fit.

In terms of the CL, Bayern are still the team to beat for me.

Arsenal no doubt have a real toughy against Bayern.
But they are beatable.

Exactly, they are as we have shown last year and you have this year.
PS i do sense the sarcasism of your post!

This post may very well be sarcastic, but I see City winning the lot this year. They look like their troubles away from home are behind them now and their confidence will be growing with each goal they score. Right now it's difficult to see them slipping up anywhere, against anyone.
