OK when we appointed Tim Sherwood I have to admit to being completely underwhelmed. I never really liked him as a player and then any stories I had heard of him since painted him out to be a complete snake in the grass.
Roll on a few weeks and Sherwood has had the best start to a managerial career for Spurs EVER!!! WTF?
I'm still not 100% convinced on him though. We are looking decent without pulling any trees up. I suppose I'm used to us always having a lot of posession whereas now we seem to be more clinical but not as in control of the game any longer. Still though, we are scoring a lot of goals and its all good Has Sherwood won you round yet? Or did you always think he was the right man for the job? Hes starting to sway me.
Is Sherwood the right man?

yeah G I still think we look vulnerable but it must be hard work getting us through the games. We can't just be lucky every week surely?

M
It was so blatant, if that was against us I'd have been fuming!
Funny how Laudrup was flavour of the month and could yet get relegated...

Sherwood has been lucky with the fixture list TBH.
IMO AVB would probably had done just as well... He's record in similar fixtures was just as good.
The acid test comes against city. A decent performance and maybe we could say we are now better off with Sherwood (results-wise).
One thing's for sure, the footy has improved DRAMATICALLY but that wasn't rocket science... Us laymen on here have been saying the same for months, so I don't think Tim has done anything special in that department.
In sum, if we don't get a proper manager in the summer Levy out

To be fair if Tim gets us top 4 he'd deserve a proper crack at it.. I get the feeling we'd end up with a RdM situation though, with Levy waiting for him to slip up so he can get his man in.
