Tim's winning me round

As most of you will know I was a fan of AVB and hopeful that we finally had a long-term structure in place that would see us compete at the top level consistently for a few seasons. With results going the way they did he had to go though, and despite the nature of the appointment of Sherwood, with no other top managers available, he's proving me wrong already.

My fear was that he would be tactically naive and idealistic, that a rigid 442 and telling the lads to "run about a bit" would be all we'd see till Levy sacked him in May. Playing Eriksen behind Ade was simply the right thing to do away against Swansea, and the players seem to be reacting positively to his style of management.

With a positive atmosphere at WHL all of a sudden we're back in contention for top 4 and the negative press has abated. It still remains to be seen how he'll get on against the top sides, and deal with the demands of Europe.. but for the first time in ages I'm positive about where we're going.

A NEW STRIKER is a must unless we're going to chuck a cup competition or two and focus everything on the league.. we might have to if we're to finish above Liverpool.. but at least we're entertaining again

Super Tim

Manchester United not a top side any more

We played well yesterday, rode our luck a bit early on but dominated after going up. Annoyed we conceded such a sloppy goal when Rose could have cleared the ball easily.

Puts a bit of pressure of Everloan tonight to get something. Considering how turbulent our season has been thus far we are doing well to be in touching distance of 4th, whether we get it or not I think Tim deserves alot of credit. Personally I think we may miss out sadly

ACE.. the irony is Soldado had just gone public saying how much he likes 442

Agreed Danny, we could do with a trophy.. it'll be a stretch tho.

Kentish.. Everloan
