I bet a couple of posters on that thread regretting their predictions.

I seem to recall a few years ago Palace were fourth from bottom at Xmas and still managed play-off place. Can't recall how they got on in the play-offs, mind.

trouble is, wildO, I know of clubs closer to my heart that have been in the top two at Xmas and .........

If we're still in relegation zone, or near it, we won't have so far to fall this season.

We don't exactly have a good reputation for winning weekday games either.

So much pessimism ....... where's the positive vibes?
