Whereas we all love, and dream of the 'big ones' UEFA Champions League and Premier League, I think we must not lose sight of the most realistic, achievable and significant trophy, the FA Cup. As we dream deep down you know we will get beat by Bayern if not the team after, and based on our recent luck (of lack thereof of it) IF we progress we will get a 'Barcelona.' Also on paper, the premier league looks attainbale, but unless we devise a way of beating some of the big teams we are likely to finish second, a position many would have gladly taken at the start of the season. That leaves us with the FA Cup, and here is where I hope we can put in some significant efforts... starting Friday
FA Cup, Arsenal's best chance for a trophy

Why is the FA Cup any easier? We will be beaten by City or Chelsea in that unless we devise some way of beating some of the big teams.

A knockout tournament in which even the worst team can come out victorious is not easier to win than a sustained league campaign.

Put it this way, we are definitely title contenders at this stage, even if we don't beat Chaavs/Mancyblues. We have shown why i.e. good results, being able to win games consistently that we would have lost in seasons past.
The FA Cup? Well, if we can go into a game with the big 2 teams and be confident that we can at least beat them some of the time, then the FA Cup is realistic; We have not done this, and I don't see us being able to do this when both teams are up for it.
So the League for me is more realistic, unless we get extremely lucky in our draws and Chaavs/Mancs get knocked out/draw each other.

Sorry. I'd say you'll do Sunderland (away goals apply?), but City in the final would be tough without RVP and Rooney and your defence having a good day.

If we get all home draws while avoiding the big teams who hopefully knock each other out then y not we have a chance.
However most likely we will draw City or Chelsea away in the next round.

Reading your post makes me think why the fack didnt we just stump up the money for Suarez. It was there even after what we paid for Ozil. And if not Suarez someone else.
