Is anybody there?

I'm beginning to think there's a fault on my system that is not allowing me to see the many postings that have been made following our brilliant win on Saturday!

All I'm getting is an echo and a feeling of loneliness! Maybe everyone's on holiday. I can't find a decent match report and my elation is turning into depression.

What's going on?

I've been reading these posts for a while but never made an account. However with a lack of posts I thought I'd join in.

After Peterborough I had a brief fear that we were picking up from where we left off last season. But against Burnley was one of our best performances for a long time. Both Scannell and Parr looked really good. I guess the only real area of concern is that we had a lot of chances and got the ball in the box a lot but any goal scoring opportunities came from midfielders and defenders coming forward. Hopefully this will change when Murray gets back.

In some ways it does remind me of last season and I can see our home form being good but there seems to be something missing when we play away.

Thank you for the well-meaning (I think!) advice but it's unlikely to reach that level of desperation.

It's encouraging that someone out there thinks it important to monitor our site - I'm feeling better already!

I'm sure I'm not the only one that reads them.

Yeah I'm sure it'll be fine. Whatever Freedman does I have faith in him. Bring on Tuesday night!

Um Parr lump Parr doombidie do, he's Jonny Parr he's coming for you.
Um Parr lump Parr doombidie dee, he plays for the famous CPFC!

Agree, with MTP Saturday was one of the best performances in awhile! Just hope we continue & not drop last last season. And that Jonathan Parr was all over the place last weekend. Reminds me of Aki Riihilahti! Any news on Ambrose??

I haven't heard anything about Ambrose but I doubt he'll play tomorrow. I was speaking with my friend on Saturday about how much of a difference it would have made if we had sold Ambrose to QPR?

I'm still here, TeesEagle. But haven't got much time at my hands these days... I guess a few other posters are still on holidays, expect a busy Palace 606 soon!

Love the "Um Parr Lump Parr" song, PH84. Brilliant! Hope the terraces get plenty of chances to sing it!!

Quick trip over from the Caribbean- made it to Selhurst Park for the Burnley match! Fantastice performance, and a great result!

I shamelessly pushed all the kids out the way and stuck my program under Sean Scannell's nose for an autograph- to think that the lad was not even born when I watched Palace in the FA Cup final in 1990!

Good to see we followed it up with a result against Coventry, albeit in dramatic last gasp shinanigans- never a dull moment supporting Palace!

Back to the land of the warm on Sunday...
