First of all, the 2 big clubs of Spain hold upper hand when it comes to signing players from anywhere in the world because of their status but What else favours them:
-Relaxed immigration rules for young players
-in England, tax is 52% while in Spain I think it's 28%
-Winter break and weather suitable for latins.
-I am not sure but I think less games due to one less competition and also Copa del rey has less rounds.
Players like Robinho, Tevez don't want to live in England because of weather or culture.
regarding the Cesc saga, that was inevitable and Arsenal did well in squeezing as much money as possible out of them.

Kenyan, I know without these 2 clubs La Liga will be worse but clubs like Sevilla, Valencia, ath Madrid have some world class talent because they are preferred destination for south Americans. Also Aguero was getting paid over £150000 by ath Madrid, i can't see in England other than 2-3 clubs can pay that kind of wages

The quality of the top teams in the Prem is declining thanks to the FA enforcing this home grown rule.
Its not making the English players better, just the Clubs worse! We're signing players like Turnball and letting go people like Zhirkov ffs!!!
As for revenue, the Prem is head and shoulders above La Liga.

I couldn't care less about La Liga. I'm English, therefore I enjoy the Premier league much more.

Premier League is MILES ahead of La Liga in terms of overall quality.
Plus our league is more exciting, diverse, with better officials and less cheating.
Sure Real Madrid and Barca are two of the top 3 teams in Europe right now (Man U is the other), but the rest of their league really lacks quality.
Plus most the stadium there have little atmosphere as some are half full.
So despite all that favours LaLiga as the OP suggests, the EPL is quite some way above. The league in Spain may have two excellent teams, but overall it can't compete when judged as a whole league.

PL is miles ahead in terms of enertainment, excitement an passion. I thnk I didn't stated properly but the topic was about La Liga holding upper hand when it comes to sign top players.

Yeah, I guess footie fanatic, but I hope players move for 'footballing reasons' and if I was a world class player, the only clubs I would consider moving to in Spain for 'football reasons' would be Barca or Real,. But there are as many as 6 I would consider in England, which is home to the best football league.

Athletico Madrid, Sevilla and Valencia would not finish top 4 in England, they would probably be an Sunderland, Tottenham or Liverpool, challenging for Europa League places. They are not even on Arsenal's level never mind the top 3

Don't underrate the SPL.
Valencia, Seville, At Madrid, Villa Real and Malaga this season would certainly challenge in the premier league and cause ever the best teams headaches. The also play technically superior football to teams below 6th in the premier as do most Spanish teams. Stoke type tactics wouldn't need to be used either.
Sometimes the arrogance of premier league fans is amazing. I agree that in terms of atmosphere and excitement it is the most enjoyable but the football played can be dire outside the top six where technical ability and skill are not rewarded. Too many 'Andy Grey' type fans.
Last season both Liverpool and Arsenal lost to the team finishing fourth in the Portuguese league: Braga
I'm not suggesting that Braga is a better team than either or that the Portuguese league is better just that the premier league is really overrated by some fans who cannot look at things objectively and honestly.

I would say the real darkhorse is THE BUDESLIGA!!!!!!
All they need are some good businessmen to put it on the map. People talk about England for having the best atmosphere and fans. WRONG!
Bundesliga have it all. You could call them the premier leagues noisy neighbours.

The old Spanish tax scheme for foreigners was scrapped as of the start of last year (2010). The current tax bracket is in the low 40s.

It depends how far you go in it, because the Copa del Rey is played on a 2-leg basis. Madrid, Barça & other big Liga sides tend to rest a lot of their starters in the earlier rounds. Similarly though, for the big PL sides the Carling Cup might as well be called the Reserves Cup, at least up to the semis/final.
Spain's Liga is currently hit massively by debt, so they really can't compete in the signing of the 'mid-range' players that PL sides can access quite easily. In exchange though, in the past 15 years Spain's national teams have reached around 25 finals at different youth levels and produced 13 or 14 title-winning sides - meaning they have a huge supply of local talent going for much, much less than your average English footballer.
Overall, there should be a lot more quality in the PL, but it's evened out somewhat by the vast amount of virtually unknown names in Spain who are more than capable of holding their own.
