All foreign transfers will be done here as well as domestic deals.

Everyone will need to do foreigns like this:

Current Budget:
£100m

Release:
David Silva: £35m

New Budget:
£135m

Sign:
Lionel Messi: £105m

Remaing Budget:
£30m

You are allowed 8 foreign transfers in and 8 releases a week. Window will be open from 8AM Monday morning and will close 11pm Thursday night. Also it's 2 in 2 out per day .

TINO'S RULE:
You can also use 1 (JUST 1) player in any exchanges for a player from foreigns outside your two releases.

With Domestic deals I want them placed on this thread too. But I want to see both manager involved in the deal to confirm the deal as well.

£10.5m to Aston Villa

Remaining Budget:
