Ha ha! Yes, it did have me asking the same question. Whoever it is always tries to create interesting and intriguing news. As I know what they do I didn't get false expectations however to someone who doesn't read the OS often, they could be let off for thinking we are signing replacements!

They probably read on here and thought "we'd better explain this as if them that are reading it are as thick as a tub of spunk".
