Upcoming Barca Raid

Sandro Rossell is looking likely to resign in light of this lawsuit so this will explain why Wenger is holding off our transfer activity this month. It could be a tasty summer for teams looking to scoop up Barca's talents! They'll be deducted 22 points and possibly out of Europe for a couple of years meaning some will definitely jump ship. With Messi eager to claim his No. 1 spot back this situation would be a nightmare for him if they lose the case.

Wenger was at the game last night and it wasn't to look at Tello or Roberto guys I guess we'll take Messi & Cesc and be done with it, Valdes as back-up to Shezza wouldn't be the worst idea either. Our best team next season then:

------------------------Valdes/Sczesney-----
-Sagna/new rb----Per--------Kos----------Gibbs
-------------------Cesc------Jack/Ramsey----------
----Walcott-------------Ozil----------------Santi
-------------------------Messi---------------
We'd conquer Europe.

What number would Leo wear seeing as 10 is taken by our chosen one?
We can give them Bendtner as a deal sweetener and Arsene has always allowed players to achieve their dreams, possibly TV too. We might not believe we can afford Messi at first but when he speaks of his admiration for us and also Cesc talks to him since Cesc will only come back should he leave this could be possible. Cesc could affect Jack & Rambo's development but at least 2 of them can be squeezed into the line-up, Messi will ensure that a DM isn't needed as he guarantees a couple of goals a game!

Can't wait, it's all falling into place! When this happens the drought will prove to be worth the wait

No need to bid for Valdés. He's off to Monaco on a free at the end of the season.

Messi yeah, but if there is any chance of him leaving, it's likely PSG will open the bidding at €150M

I would be very disappointed in that situation if Real Madrid didn't bid for Messi

Fack me i watched the 2000 Classico where Figo returned to the Nou Camp....imagine the reception Messi would get

We were just speculating with that on La Liga thread. €20M tops though, considering he's past it.

Mind you, to match the Figo affair he'd have to spend the entire summer denying the move. If so, then I think it would be plausible to see some poor Argentinian sod's head thrown on the pitch.

Of course, they're not barbarians.

Would add nicely to the effect. Kill him, but take them out just to make sure he can't see Messi in a Madrid shirt from wherever it is Argentines go after they die.

Imagine what would happen if we could get Cesc because of this
