How many times has he held them to ransom now?
It looks like they're gonna give him a new 300k a week contract, make him captain and CEO.
You've got to hand it to Wayne, he's got Man Utd on lock.
Rooney is bigger than Man Utd

they have to give him the contract but doesn't mean they have too keep him they could sell him for alot of money when he is tied down with a four year.

I would have thought that the Gooners of all people wouldn't be so gullible on newspaper reports...who can forget the summer when it was "reported" one of Suarez, Rooney or Higuain were to be plying their trade at the Emirates.
I recall last contract time, Rooney was supposed to be on anywhere between 300K-450K. I am not saying that all paper reports are wrong, however, I'm imploring those with a modicum of sense to be prudent with what you use as 'truth' as it can make you look rather silly in the long-run

Agreed. We shouldn't have believed the papers along with your fans when the very same newspapers claimed Cesc, Thiago, etc were on their way to Man U, but then bang Fellaini showed up uninvited.
We looked very silly indeed.

Ah Denis Law. My mistake. I am a very paranoid person so thought you were having a dig at Gooners. So I came back with my own.
I can see your confusion.

Leaving Manchester united for another English club would be a step down for Rooney.

If Rooney joined Stoke it would be a step up. You're mid table now.

And yet still the most successful club in England. Has giggs won more trophies than arsenal?
