Peterborough visit Sheffield to play on what may still be a boggy United pitch, hoping to make amends for that loss to Oldham.
Unfortunately, we're playing a team managed by Nigel Clough, and Clough Jnr's teams usually beat Fergie Jnr's Posh team. The sides did draw at London Road but this was followed by a drop in the Posh's fortunes.
Posh will be without the unfortunate Tomin and the Blades without captain, Doyle - both red-carded at the weekend.
Posh may have completed the signing of prodigal son Connor Washington, although it's not our attack that really needs strengthening.
Chairman, Darragh MacAnthony, has said on Twitter: "Some big decisions to make in next 24 hours on all fronts." What does that mean?
All will no doubt be revealed.
I'm expecting a defeat on Wednesday night.
C'mon the Posh, though, and prove me wrong!
The Blades V The Posh

I have a gut feeling that the dice is going to roll in Darren's favour Wednesday evening, resulting in a win for Posh. Perhaps Posh might not be in their present predicament had they not sold Dwight Gayle to Crystal Palace. With their new managers thinking that Gayle is not up to Premiership standard, he looks destined to now spend most of his match days time on their sub's bench. I realize that Posh needed the money, but were they too hasty in selling him when they did?

I think the money we got for Dwight has helped us more than his remaining with us, particularly as Assombalonga has turned out to be a good enough replacement.
Dwight is still quite young, and Pulis prefers the more experienced player. However, he's scored goals (including a potential Premiership goal of the season) and has looked good as a sub. Given starting opportunities, I think he'll show his Premiership worth.
As for Posh's game, there is to be a 9.30 pitch inspection tomorrow morning.

The Championship title looks to be in the bag for the Foxes, TF. However, I thought your other team that you occasionally watch were the Posh

I always like to keep an eye on my small local team!!
We would be doing even better if we had not had a match reffed by a posh fan.

I say, support your local team (as well as any other team you want to support)!
P.S. Game off, tonight.

Oh well, Colchester next at home on Saturday, weather-permitting.
