I would imagine the pressure of playing for the U21's is a bit different to a PL game.

It doesn't change the fact that using a Worldy example from an U21 game is a bit lame.

Besides, just because Holtby has 3 German caps doesn't automatically make him a very good player.

He clearly is a decent player, but he hasn't made any impact in England at a club at a similar standard to us.
