Now I've only seen the coverage on BT Sport for the tackle that got him the red, which is poor at best so I don't know for sure whether he should have walked but to me it seemed like a scandalous decision. I'm assuming we'll be appealing the red? Did anyone see an interview with Sherwood regarding that? We don't have the best cover for Rose and if it's a 3 game ban we'll be in trouble if Vertonghen isn't back. I couldn't be ar$ed watching the interviews after so if anyone has any news on this front, spill the beans!!!

It's true. It wasn't. I forgot to click on the spurs bit. Having said that, you're never shy trespassing anyway. You would have found your way here anyway. You seem to be one of the most common posters on the spurs board.

Not a pen, not a red. Cries out for an appeal.

If it isn't a red and he in fact got the ball, why shouldn't we appeal? Overturning it is the least they can do. It's not like they can overturn the pen.

I reckon we should appeal it but I'll not hold my breathe on the decision.

Sherwood said in the press conference that he will definitely be appealing the red card - and rightly so.
He should also appeal for that lino to never be allowed to officiate in a professional football match ever again.
