I'm not arguing but your response above irked me slightly because instead of talking about the form of the Olympiakos player, you had a pop at our player for no particular reason. His goalscoring is hardly an issue, he was on loan for being a trouble maker so I could have accepted you bringing that up as a reason for the difference in price.

I didn't have a pop at him, I was trying to explain to left post why his fee may be lower than expected considering his great form for Olympiakos. If I wanted to have a pop at him you would have known!

Ah right fait enough. League table suggests strikers aren't important anyway. Leicester have Nugent whonis distinctly average in my opinion plus Vardy who is ok. I thought Wood was decent but there are much better strikers in this division and yet you're running away with it. Amazing job from Pearson

hmmmm I'll respectfully disagree with you there. Vardy is on fire this season, his pace and finishing are up there with the best. Nuge is better than average, check out some of his best goals, super finisher. Problem with Nuge is consistency and for this reason he can't be considered one of the best in the championship.

The difference between Leics this season and last season is primarily Vardy - last season he couldn't hit a barn door, this season everything he hits goes in the net

Ok that's interesting. I must admit I don't know enough about Vardy. I've never rated Nugent, despite his ability to score a great goal. Who would you say is the better striker?

Well Vardy for me, certainly at the moment. Nugent hasn't had his best season but works hard. Vardy has pace, a good first touch and at the moment a great finish. He really is the difference for us this time, him and Knockeart

Fair enough. What do you reckon to Konchesky? I thought he was awful at Forest. Those are the only two Leicester players I really don't rate by the way!

he's still a bargain compared to the £15m Fulham paid for the other lad, yes!

If we're comparing which club wasted the least money, then Djebbour is definitely a bargain
