Congrats to the little man...
He is on fire!!
I really hope he gets to play at the highest level.
I recall watching an fa youth cup match when he was a Red and we won by quite a few goals and he scored or set up the lot!
He was shooting from wherever and whenever and hitting the back of the net!
He is a class act!
He has proved himself in league 1 and now is proving himself in the championship....take it to the next level lad and good luck to you!!

I find it truly sad that Nigel Doughty's death is still be used as a point scoring exercise in a local rivalry. The chanting was vile and was widely condemned by all, but it sickens me when the odd forest fan wants to continually bring up his death time and time again. They think by doing so it tarnishes all fans of their rival club and it their tiny minds puts their own club on some moral pedestal (we also have a moronic element who would do the same)For me it's time to stop bringing up Mr Doughty's name in these circumstances and follow the example of his God Son.

Only yesterday I saw a Derby fan post a jibe about Nigel Doughty on twitter, so don't you dare start preaching.

Al Forest. Try reading what Orphan said or feck off. He condemned ANYONE using Doughty's name and all you did was take a bit of what he said out if context.

Per dee he went on after that to aim the quoted comment our way. The reason I mentioned it was as mentioned about, a few times recently the comments have started again. A couple of Derby fans in last 2-3 days in fact, including one calling us murderers.
It's not point scoring, just a bit fed up with it all and the PB stuff seems to kicked it off again

....and Orphan, it wasn't condemned by all. Some (including a couple on here) defended/justified it

Yes some may have and if they did they are the moronic element that infests all walks of society not just fans of football clubs. My point still stands that it leaves an equally bad taste in the mouth when individuals try and use the words and actions of the SOME you refer to and to taint the regular normal people who preside in society. Normal people who have all felt the pain of losing loved ones and felt grief on a broader scale when a figure from their community or the wider world has been lost to us. So carry on if you want to keep using this as a stick to beat your rivals with but the reality is that you are ultimately using a dead mans name in an attempt to humiliate a whole group of people.
This will boil down to one of two things
a) you haven't really thought what your saying through
b) it's part of a typical footballing rival agenda
I hope the answers a)

Patrick Bamford looks to me like a very fine young player and man. A credit to the Forest Academy and Nigel Doughty and we are very fortunate that Steve McLaren's standing with Jose Morinhio could persuade him to let him come to Derby.
To disagree with the original poster I hope he finishes up at Derby County in the Premiership

I only mention Orphan because it's happening a bit again and there is no need. I don't think the connection and apparent issue with Davies helps. Don't get me wrong it works both ways, one of ours was abusing PB the other day. He was reported by both sets if fans though and account removed.
I think the point scoring route you're going through is a bit black and white. If you want to be like that I could suggest you're just brushing the issue under the carpet
