Does Gareth Bale Actually play for Real?

its just that whenever i watch Madrid, he is nowhere to be seen?

anyone know where he is? i assume he is injured… has he been injured all season?

I know he has a few goals so far but 86mill does seem a bit steep.

A more expensive Andy Carroll - record signing consigned to treatment room.

I suggest that means Barcelona are where the belong

No. Barcelona belong at the top, certainly in the last decade with the 21 trophies they've won compared to Real Madrid's measly 6

So which is it then is the league table lying or not... Its true cos Real are behind Barca but false cos Barca are behind Atletico... sounds like perfect logic to me

More seriously though, I don't think Barca will be winning the league this season...

If Atletico win that league it will be one of the biggest achievements in modern football. I their their revenue last year wasn't much more than one Gareth Bale.

It's the first weekend they've been off top spot since may 2012, and if anyone should take it off them it should be atletico.

Poor lads. Such an obsession. Knocked off their perch and they're still obsessing about Madrid. Once Atleti had beaten Sociedad, Madrid couldn't take top anyway. You could've breathed out 2 hours sooner. Or was the mere thought of being leapfrogged by Madrid giving you incontinence trouble?

As I said the other day when taking at the latest Deloitte "money league" report, in the Spanish league Atletico Madrid are performing massively above their financial weight (makes Arrys' "punching above our weight" blabbing in 2012 look like arguing about who has the most loose change) .
