next 3 games

So, Forest have won their FA Cup replay tonight meaning we wont be pkaying them on the 15th of feb. Therefore our next 3 games are all at home against Watford, Ipswich and Charlton, quite possible we could get 9 points!

But strangely enough our lead at the top could be a lot smaller by the end of those 3 games as QPR and Burnley play 5 times in the time we play 3.
If they were to win all there games would the pressure start to be felt by us or if they were to drop points would we feel even more confident at tye top?
Roll on 5pm on the 1st of March!

Just to throw Nigel's manager of the month into the ring here as well.... Let's face it, it will be the biggest shock in sport if he doesn't get it this time.

We only have Watford before the Forest game.
Forest have Blackpool, Huddersfield and Sheff Utd. all away before they play us. They then follow that up with a 6 pointer against Burnley.

We just need to concentrate on beating Watford. That would take some of the pressure off the Forest game as it would be a game we could afford to lose more than them.

For Forest they have a real opportunity to demonstrate their promotional potential, but equally the dangerous risk of falling out of the race.

Looks like it will be Wednesday the 19th, due to Forest's cup match being played on the Sunday. Not so good really.

If we win more games than the teams below is between now and the end of the season, we will be promoted.

What if we only win one more game, lose the rest while Derby Burnley and QPR win none but draw all their games?

Then the table will look like this
QPR 74
Burnley 71
Leicester 69
Derby 69

What if we win all our remaining games and the entire QPR squad get killed in a freak yachting accident on the river Ganges?

In that case, I think serious questions would be asked about why Harry Redknapp allowed all of his players to go off to India and stand on the same yacht.

Betting syndicates would certainly get the blame.

Yachting enthusiasts the world over would state that this is surely bad publicity for them going forward.

Yacht salesmen the world over would see a sudden upturn in sales from "extreme yachting".

Some dark comedian would point out the irony of the fact that their corpses would already be floating down the Ganges and therefore there would no need for a burial as long as their families agreed that they are in fact Hindus.

Days later, after being discovered alive and floating, Joey Barton would be burned as a witch.

Leicester have a promotion party after finishing as champions, but it's crashed by fans of a resurgent Nottingham Forest - who nicked the second spot in QPR's absence, and Derby - who went up in the playoffs. Riots ensue.

Won't matter to QPR unless it's a very big yacht, according to dunge's well researched article, 'arry signed 3246 players to improve their squad in January.

There would be so many volunteers to light the fire, the queue would be confused for a torchlit procession.
