.......Capoue/Paulino/Sandro (assuming they are fit) and we loose-I will really be pisssed off with Tim. At this stage of the season, we need guts and not apprentices. Also, we cant start slowly and ease our way into the game-if we go behind Everton will fight for their lives-and that will be the end of 4th (and goodbye Tim)

I doubt ericksen has ever played on the right in his whole career, and defo would not be cutting inside onto his left foot, very right footed, wouldn't mind townsend on the right though and ericksen left

I'm all for spurs developing their own players from the youth ranks as it's always pleasing and can also save us some ££££, but unless he's primed and ready like fabregas was (to the point he was so good you couldn't justify leaving him out) at that age I'd be reluctant to play him so much. Play him for a few games and then take him out - give him a taste of the first team and then a break so that he's got the hunger for more instead of thinking "I've made it", if he's good enough he'll force his way in sooner or later (januzaj is another example)

I just don't want Lennon in the side anymore. Remember Eriksen was out right when he set up Ades goal against Swansea so it's not that daft. I personally would have Lamela out on the right once fit and Eriksen as attacking midfielder with Sandro as holding, Townsend the left.... Robby and Ade upfront. That be my midfield and strikers

All well and good, everybody, but who's fit?
Sandro, Paulinho, Vertonghen, Townsend, ...... are they all ready to play Everton??

This clown still banging on about that is he?
Of course, not knowing the age of a non spurs player means that you simply have no idea about the game
That makes lots of sense doesn't it you mug

Why does that comment mean he knows nothing about the game?
Are you telling me if you dont know what year the motor car was invented that you dont know how to drive?
There are different forms of knowing about football. Some fans can name every player in the squad and their squad numbers but would not know the difference between zonal and man to man marking.
I dont have a clue how old Grant Holt is but I bet I could kick your ass on formations and tactics.
Not saying that makes you wrong about chronics football knowledge but knowing a players age is hardly a defining factor.

Oh and btw I dotn think Bentaleb should start either. To be honest I saw nothing of the game against Hull but going on his other games I really cannot see what he offers us.
He does not get forwards to speak of, he does not create chances, he is not particularly strong defensively. Just what does eh do other than knock the odd 10 yard pass and get caught in possession?
