Big Villa fan here ... Us fans used to love the guy .. One thing i will say though is he can be the laziest striker around sometimes and very frustrating. I hope big Sam gets the good side of him on the pitch because on his day he is unplayable at times .. Good luck for the season ahead

I think Carew's a good signing. I doubt he'll play tonight as he's reportedly not fully fit.
West Ham still need a quality, small striker to compliment the big guys (Cole, Carew, Piquionne). Sears is not quite up to the required standard.

Just heard on the radio that West Ham are offering good deals on their season tickets. I assume there's still some unsold then.
Where is the 15,000 waiting list Karren Brady was telling us about last season?
Was she telling fibs?

chicken: I wouldn't trust anything Brady says. She is trash, along with Sullivan. I'm indifferent to Gold.
How are Tottenham's stadium plans going? Do you still think public funds will be given to them? Or is Levy still pursuing judical review to grab the OS from us?

I'm unsure what Levy's next steps will be.
And he he wasn't pursuing the judical review to grab it from West Ham. he just wants to highlight the corruption behind the scenes that persuaded him to spend lots of money to rival your bid in the first instance, when Spurs never stood a chance regardless of what our bid consisted of.
On the radio just now they had a competition between 2 listeners in order to win tickets for tomorrows game & they each had to take turns in answering west Ham related questions. The first bright spark was asked:
Q) How many times have West Ham won the FA Cup?
a) once
b) three times
c) five times
And his answer was:
a) once
