Coo fields and McCoist skelped

Posted on a thread couple of days back and noticed it has been mentioned on a couple others It came to my attention via a link sent to me to watched the last 15 mins of the game against Brechin with the sender thinking I would get a laugh from his expected outcome as we all know that didn't happen. Anyways that's irrelevant the thing I was shocked with was the condition of the pitch I know they are playing lower level fitba but for feck sake was the chief scout they got rid of also the groundsman
Briings us onto the second part of the title of this thread, in the wake of McCoists latest defelction about Rangers not getting the League Cup final the above only adds weight to Lawwell's reasoning why Ibrox was overlooked
It is always funny to see how he deals with the WATP mentality crap that McCoist in particular has used to get the support behind the club
Since the circus came to town he is running neck and neck with Green on coming out with utterly bizzare comments that are aimed at the emotions of the fans to ensure their support.
Wee hint Ally you manage a fitba team do your job well and get the team playing good fitba and you wont need to resort to mind games to keep your job
You been well skelped and your team plays like a third tier team on a pitch that isn't out of place for that level

My perception was the line on the main stand side looked well in, I could be wrong ffs that would make it twice Ive been wrong this millennium!!!!

There were big muddy patches everywhere. To be expected in the Scottish winter

It looked narrower to me too - certainly looked taken in a bit on the main stand side

The last time the pitch looked that rough, the grass had a disease and it was all the groundsman could do to keep it playable.

Was gonna mention that as well but as I wasn't sure thought it better to leave such incase it lead the thread down a n offshoot.
My thought at the time was "have they narrowed the pitch to make it easier to defend

well if the pitch was moved in on the main stand side it would also need to have the same done on the Govan side.

The pitch was however in exactly the same place it has been all year...no change in size....not narrower....

It is also in great condition for the time of year and given how wet its been..
Probably the best surface in the country at the moment...
