Liverpool host Arsenal in the Premier League's early kick-off on Saturday afternoon.
The Reds are looking to consolidate their position in the top four whilst at the same time drag themselves closer to the league leaders. Two points separate them from fifth-placed Everton, while a win today would bring them to within five points of the top of the league. Last weekend they suffered a disappointing draw away to West Bromwich Albion.
Arsenal, despite being largely seen as outsiders for the league title, have led the way for the vast majority of the season, with rivals Manchester City and Chelsea both just two points behind them. Last week they were forced to work hard for a victory at home to Crystal Palace.
Liverpool are without Daniel Agger (calf), Sebastian Coates (knee), Jose Enrique (knee), Glen Johnson (knock), Lucas (knee) and Mamadou Sakho (hamstring).
Arsenal are without the suspended Mathieu Flamini, who serves the second of a three-match ban. They have doubts over Thomas Vermaelen (calf) and Jack Wilshere (ankle), while Abou Diaby (knee), Kim Kallstrom (back), Aaron Ramsey (knock) and Theo Walcott (knee) miss out.

Today's performance was everything that is brilliant about Brendan Rodgers' Liverpool. Free-flowing total football in which every single player can take credit, and pretty much any of them could have been man-of-the-match. If only we could play like that (or play Arsenal) every week.

Always have something to moan about. Just be thankful it was only 5
---------------------------------------------------------------------As I said we were lucky not to concede more in the first half or overall but fact is fact. Not taking anthing away from Liverpools victory.
