Bale is not a spurs player anymore but a lot of you arsenal fans thought you actually had a better player getting ozil than madrid getting bale. Bale has been injured a lot this season, but surely you can see why he cost double what ozil was sold for. Id live ozil at spurs dont get me wrong but you can see why madrid let him go to make space for bale.

Not really surprising that a Chelsea supporter wouldn't understand the concept of squad evolution, seeing as since Roman arrived it's been nothing but revolution, revolution, revolution, down at the Bridge.
Funny how all the c havs totally buy into Mourinho's "My little pony (and trap)" blitherings when it suits them...

Squad evolution? That's been your same, tired excuse for the last ten years! This is revolution not evolution. Wenger making the same mistakes, time after time after time.
Arsenal fans are so incredibly deluded.

Haha, you think the sales of RvP, Cesc, Nasri et al could be considered part of a squad evolution?
And you call us deluded!

One poor result? And the City one was what then?
You got destroyed yesterday, by a team you delight in mocking on these boards. You had no answer to Liverpool's devastating attacks. No plan B. No tactical flexibility. Your 42 million pound "world class" player was a passenger.
You'll get beat on wednesday by United. Knocked out of the FA cup by Liverpool next weekend. All but put out of the CL by Bayern after that. Your season is done. And Wenger never learns from his mistakes.

City result was closer than the scoreline suggested
We have been playing brilliantly this season and we are the masters of proving people wrong and coming back into it
Perhaps you should wait until the collapse actually begins because these comments could come back to haunt you. Which IMO will.
We will get at least a draw vs united and will beat Liverpool next week. Despite yesterday's result we are still a better team than them and we will be better prepared and up for it next week. Plus we are at home where we normally beat them

Arsenal fans never tire of sticking up for that over rated bug eyed dude. He has been poor end of this is the reason people have been questioning him. Its not like you could question players like suarez, hazard toure because they are doing it most week. There is nothing about ozil that makes him stand out. World class players win you games and he is not a match winner. Carzola is nearer to world class than ozil.

Ledley
It seems that you despise Ozil
I don't know what he's done to annoy you but you need to sort it out

Seems Arsenal fans are a bit defensive about Ozil. To be fair I have been impressed at times and think he needs a top striker in front of him as well as more time in the league. However, don't think he will ever catch the headlines like Bale or Hazard will be doing in the next few years. If you can't appreciate what Ozil adds to a team then that's your loss.
