Lazy reporting.

Beckford is just starting to show his Premier League potential and did well last year. I don't think Everton would want to sell and, if they did, he wouldn't come to the Championship.

If we get Beckford I'll eat a very large hat!

This would get me excited. This is probably the only transfer rumour that has got me feeling it is the correct player we should be going after. Not a chance though IMO. A loan at best.

I think a half season loan could be possible, he was only really getting a sniff of first team football last season so that could be a good idea for both clubs. I just want this striker saga to end ...

I'd be surprised if Everton sold given that he had a decent season and the word is on Twitter that Everton have said none of their strikers are for sale.
