given that we are apparently spending on Henderson, Wickham, Young/N'zogbia, 2 barca forwards.....and that doesn't include his priority LB or a handful of other players that we are apparently favourities to sign...so he must have around the £100m mark, surely.......either that or the papers are wrong...surely not!

Tha papers are wrong.
The papers are always wrong.
They simply repeat what someone heard someone tell someone.
Mostly the stories are started by agents talking their players up.

To be honest, I never believe anything until it's on the back page of the Echo.
So far, the only player I recall seeing on the back of the Echo is Dann of Birmingham.
