Haven't we forgotten something?

The Bokks... or Boks or bokkies or what every the hell they call themselves.

Can anyone count the amount of times they have heard or read this line in the past couple of years. "PDV under Pressure blaa blaa blaa" I have only one simple question.

Will ever anyone in SA stand up in a SARU meeting, grab their own balls and tell it like it is.. "PDV is a sham. He needs to be fired now" oh wait.... i forgot... they cant do that it would be considered racist... SA rugby is a sham and looks every bit a sham. And PDV has no honour/balls either. Maybe he should stand up, balls in hand and resign...

This guy just needs to be fired plain and simple. He is rubbish.

Hhhmmmm - unfortunately Ding - and I really dont want to get political - SA as a nation are still paying a heavy price for there attitude between the50s? and 90s - it will just have to run its course - the cricket has suffered as well but that seems to be levelling out - anti english posters (cricket) seem to forget when they talk about SA players in the Eng shirt - that it was the quota system not residency laws that forced the likes of K Peterson into England - at least the Rugby Union side keeps it players - I think?????

You areright of course - the PDV situation is getting a bit out of hand now though

Ye mate... there is a very thin veneer of political correctness covering some serious social and political cracks in SA

3 years ago a pundit on irish TV got himself in hot water because he said that the appointment of PDV was political and based on the colour of his skin and was in fact positive racism. im paraphrasing but thats the gist. So he got into trouble and i guess he should not have said it then but now its the elephant in the room and nobody wants to acknowledge and the most insidious thing is that PDV himself is riding that tidal wave... dragging his team like a moral anchor along behind him.

Hes got no honour that guy. Any other manager would resign after having turned a world cup winning #1 ranked team in the world into a joke and a joke thats not even funny lest you be accused of being a racist. FFS

NB: Im not from SA nor do i have any real love for them but i hate to see that this is possibly gona be the most competitive WC we have ever seen and the currant World Champions are being led in to the ground by a buffon

just playing devils advocate for a second though - is it worth resigning weeks before a world cup? - or evn - wouldnt most of us say (in his position) - reserve judgment till after the world cup?

Most people would say he should of gone ages ago - but it could be too late

oh ye mate. i agree hes there and thats that. hes there for the WC and SA just have to live with it. way too late to bring in a new coach, he should have been fired last year after that awful showing in the tri nations.

It will be interesting to see the reaction in SA if they get absolutly trounced on Sat v NZ - and that could happen - if its 40 odd points at home to the ABs there will be an outcry

I think they gona get hammered but i dougbt it will be 49 points. like u say could happen! but hell SA are not that bad hahaha almost tho. They will prob get beat by 15+ maybe 20... It certainly will be interesting.
