Now that the boy (Cesc) has gone, what we really need is a few players who are going to pick the rest of the team up, and make them realise what they are actually doing for a living; and who they play for. Their situation as human beings really isnt that bad.
Simple additions such as Gary Cahill and Scott Parker would, IMO give certain players a boost. Parker and Song would be a fantastic partnership, both of them can defend and attack, and seeing as Song these days is loving going forward, Parker is experienced enough to sit back just infront of the defence and break up play (Seeing as Song will 9 times out of 10 give away possession). This would also free up our star man Jack and let him do what he does best. This will also be good for ramsey, he may not start every week, but after a few months i think he'll be pushing for a starting place.
Although i think Kosh and Vermaelen will really work out this year, Gary Cahill would be a brilliant addition just so we will be able to mix things up against different opposition. If anyone else signs him up we will regret it.
Then with our spare money left over, which im guessing will be a good 30 mill, we can push for the "Super-Signing" were all hoping for,
This doesnt seem at all un-realistic. Now lets support the boys tonight.

Maybe we can just purchase another midfielder out there that although will not offer us exactly the same as Fabregas will be just us effective in other ways. I agree Fabregas against lessor teams could run the game for long periods but I never really seemed him perform that great against the big boys, to be honest he was always out muscled.
