I think your options diminish if you want a set of tickets rather than just single seats.

The tier option disappears as soon as I enter 1 just for me so I don't think it's that.

Sorry meant to say the tier option disappears and the number of blocks to choose from stays at four even if I just want to book one for myself.

Not sure then, I booked 3 seats together this morning and was only offered Cat5. If I only wanted 1 ticket I was given a range of options but all in the West Stand.

Yep - last week I was trying but had to wait for my youngests points to be available as he's not in the cup scheme. At that point I was only offered tier 5 cat 4 & 5. Today I'm only being offered tier 1 cat 1,2 and 3. Strange. I suspect an hour sitting in a phone queue listening to mind-numbing lift music might be in my near future.

I tried to buy tickets last week but the system wouldn't have it for all 3 of us. My mate phoned up and was told it was because our other mate wasn't in the League Cup scheme but he was only waiting about 2 minutes on the phone to get the info.

The West stand refers to all our allocation by the way, when I saw the tier 5 option it included blocks all the way round from the half-way line in the North stand to the same in the south stand.
