No surprise and we need to start clearing the deadwood which will leave us with a squad that the manager wants and that are all pulling in the same direction and aiming towards the same goal of promotion.

It's interesting this one -

I dont know what more the lad could have done to stay at the club.

He had a cracking preseason, and by all accounts was our man of the tours.

He's actually a really nice guy, and I do feel sorry for him.

Yes, it was a stupid penalty, and yes, he shouldn't have done it, but the way he was treated by the then management, was appalling.

I'm sure no-one was angrier than himself at what he did, and i feel we should give this guy a break.

Before the penatly incident, he actually looked a decent player, and I feel he could still do a job.
