I know he hasn't score, but if anyone can cover for Giroud he has a presence and he was intelligent all game and I also like his passion and he gave their defenders some rough treatment, what a full debut from him and the team were immense I like the look in Gerard and Suarez face after we beat them priceless, very proud of the team.

Sanogo was immense even if we lost today, but Wenger needs to motivate the team to win and if he didn't want to buy in January and we win something, I will be the first to hug the man, but let's see.
You are reactive as hell to the results...Should watch properly and analyse the game as it was and not on the result.

"Sanogo was immense "
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
What utter rubbish. He moved more than our resident statioud. (The only one inside the ground). But has a terrible first touch. Worse than NB's. Basically we have three very mediocre strikers. None of whom would make it in the top 7 teams in the prem. When Pod and Ox are not on the pitch we only have Santi who looks like scoring. So Wenger takes OX and Pod off and brings on a sick Santi .

"He tried hard and is young"

Giroud tries and is hard (if you look at the latest pictures in the SUN!!!) but that does not make him a great striker.

I think people's views are being distorted on him slightly due to our first choice striker being complete trash.
I believe Bendtner is our best option and would like an explanation as to why he wasn't even in the squad.

Sanogo wasn't great but I can tell hes going to improve fast. He can at least reach the heights Adebayor did for us. But he also has a better mentality.
When he smiled at the camera at the end it just showed he has his game in check.
