Why couldn't Liverpool's fans just show some respect and keep quiet for one minute?
Want all the sympathy when it's their own clubs issues but couldn't shut up for one minute for a true footballing legend.
Always has to be about them....
One minutes silence...

Like I said Kash, OP is trying to be inflammatory with his veiled reference to Hillsborough (when it's about them)

There's nothing veiled about my comment.
You expect sympathy and respect but won't give it to others.
One minute wasn't too much to ask was it?

Pretty poor and desperate attempt from the OP

People should have stayed quiet but I'd hardly say it's disrespectful to sing there's only one Tom Finney

The OP is truly looking for something that didnt transpire, and is the only one trying to peddle this... Desperate and best, but deluded at worst!

It was a minutes silence ffs.
Like I said earlier, sing what you like after the silence but not observing the silence is showing a lack of respect.
Next time instead of a minutes silence we'll have a minute of doing whatever you fancy eh?

So you're saying there wasn't a lack of respect shown to Sir Tom Finney, but a lack of respect to the minutes silence in which people applauded anyway?
You are a prize fool.
The footballing world lost one of its favourite sons and his memory was appreciated by everyone.
I don't know what your problem is with it.. but it's not a problem anyone else seems to have.
Where is the lack of respect?

Also contrary to what you were saying about the rest of the fans told what to do, some fans were applauding whilst others weren't.
The lengths one or two OP's will go to in order to WUM is astounding.

What a stupid response. It's not like the fans were talking among themselves or chanting something that had absolutely nothing to do with him. It was a positive chant about Tom.
It would be exactly the same if opposition fans sang something like justice for the 96 during the Hillsborough silence. Wouldn't be viewed as disrespectful in the slightest.

Stupid article in the first place.
