Pushing the barriers planting seeds
Playing the mind guerrilla
Chanting the Mantra peace on earth
We all been playing those mind games forever
Some kinda druid dudes lifting the veil
Doing the mind guerrilla
Some call it magic the search for the grail

"Roberto Martinez claims silverware is more important than style for Jose Mourinho and Chelsea.
Chelsea are not as exciting as Manchester City or Liverpool and Martinez says it is hard for Mourinho because he is under such huge pressure to win.
The Everton boss says this pressure comes from Chelsea’s massive outlay on players and Roman Abramovich demands instant success.
While Mourinho has to be pragmatic, Martinez is glad he can be romantic at Everton and play his brand of passing football.
“When you have clubs with bigger budgets, the only things that matters is winning, isn’t it?" he said.
“You have to win. Your role is judged on winning. I’m a bit more of a romantic. The way we win dictates how far we can go - that’s our position.
“But I’m in no position to dictate to other clubs. I understand that when you have all the money in the world you are judged on winning. It’s very different.
“Every club bases a season on what they need. It is a question for owners and chairman.
“Every structure is different. When you have clubs with all the money, I do not think they rely on the manager to create a specific model.
“The manager has to just have success on the pitch. Every football club is different. I just think the way you win things is vital for our success."
Martinez says he would not want to play the Chelsea way and insists he can deliver success when competing against the Premier League’s richer sides playing with his style, as he proved by winning the FA Cup with Wigan.
“Every manager has different philosophies," said the Spaniard. “I work in a certain way, so I would never win trophies unless it was in that way.
“In football, I respect any manager because I know what the job entails and how difficult it is to have success.
“That’s part of the greatness of the game that any style counts as long as you put the ball in the back of the net.
“I would never say my way is the only way. No. It is true I believe that when you have not got the finances of other clubs you need to be more creative to find a way. That does not mean that you can not compete against teams with bigger budgets."

Rodgers left swansea in fine shape. may not have fluked a trophy, but he got them into, and kept them in, the premier league.

Not sure how you manage that
I guess not getting sacked for Brendan is a badge of honour

Bless you BS. You know it's been a while on the trophy front when you have to bring up trophies won by your manager at a previous club.

You used to win trophies on a regular basis many moons ago.
One would think you had been filling the cabinet regularly the way you brag.
Far more regular than us of course.
We haven't won a trophy for a long time.
You gave won one in 8 years I believe.
Feel free to correct me if I have forgotten any

I knew you'd bite.
Since Everton last won a trophy we've won 8.
Why use 1 trophy in the last 8 years? 8 years is a random number to go off.
Everton have won 0 trophies in the last 18 years.
I don't think you were born the last time Everton won a trophy.
