Except he didn't. In 1992 he was 14-8 up and started making tons of mistakes. In 1994, Hendry was helpless. He had no way of affecting Jimmy who was in amongst the balls. Jimmy admits he twitched in 1994. He bottled it.

I suppose what I am saying is, Jimmy lacked bottle. He did not have zero bottle, and he was not useless. He won 2 of the 3 Majors. The problem is, he lost the biggest prize due to that lack of bottle. It cost him at the best tournament where there is the most pressure. He made way too many errors against Hendry. He lost all 5 of their meetings in 1990, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995 (SF).

Why is it good Ding bottling it for? he's a great player and along with Judd I would have both of them as my favorites and I would like to see both dominate the game. It seems a bit annoying how because Ding is not British people won't support him even though he's a great talent.

I don' think it has anything to do with him not being British. My problem with him is he is dour, uninteresting (personality wise), and he was very nasty to Wenbo when he started to play better (stopped talking to him and training with him).

Wenbo on the other hand, is one of my favourite players precisely because he has personality and also has a good attacking play. There's another Chinese player I liked too, but his name escapes me.
