Why do players on 100k a week need motivat?

It has absolutely nothing to do with money. Just because they are on £100,000 a week doesn't automatically mean they are raring to go 24/7.

Money is an object for them that is always there. I can guarantee you, you can ask how much is in your account and they wouldn't have a clue.

one incident vidic and car rick passed the ball to each other both looking clueless on what to do with the ball until vidic decide to hoof it forward pointlessly.
