State of sorrow due to these tactics

Look at the movement of kagawa, look at what our players are doing. I'm sorry but this is completely the managers fault. rRio hoofing the ball when there was three passes to his left just sums up our play now. This is what Phil Neville and Steve round are teaching the boys at united.

p.s. Kagawa pack your bags and move to a team that plays entertaining and exciting football to take your career up a notch.

Although I agree with what you are saying Moyes is proving to be quite inept with us.

Most of it, IMO, is part of his own doing.

He has left himself with a coaching system that is 100 % defensive minded.

His main three coaches were all defenders, and one of them has no coaching experince what so ever.

I think this has caused him the problem that is so obvious in that the players don't really know what he wants them to do. That is how it comes across.

We know he isn't inept, because he actually had Everton playiong far better than we are now. But you have to admit, he is showing massive ineptness with us at this moment.

can argue that it is fickle. Point of the matter is why will anyone want to post an article saying Moyesout when the team had just won. It comes across like you hate the guy. You mentioned "substance" in your post. A performance such as our last is enough substance to spark a debate that this guy is inept. We did not have 1 shot in their goal the first half Macca. Olympiacos we are talking about here. This is not the Bernabau or Nou Camp.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

in fairness scholay some of the rhetoric you use when talking about moyes would lead one to beleive you do hate him

What a bizarre thing to say. How can i hate David Moyes? i hate the fact he is managing manchester united. Two very different forms of hatred.

Right there you can see the difference between you and VC

One states an opinion backed up with perfectly reasonable statments.

The other is you.

VC

Oh I defintely see what you are saying and would agree that I too think he has made mistakes. That isn't really the point I was making

It was the silly carte blanche statements like 'Moyes is inept period and that's it' that makes me shake my head.

He obviously isn't but still, I have never said he is definately good enough for us either.

I think the difference is, posters like you and I, that have differing opinions on certain things, would love it if Moyes somehow turns this around and proves alot of the doubters, inclding me, wrong. You would be perfectly happy with that scenario. I'm sure he is capable of accepting his philosophty isn;t working and altering it so it does work. Whether he does it or not is another matter of course

Stretty and his ilk would hate it if that happened though

They desparetly want him to fail

Agree with you there Macca.

I want Moyes to fail because i believe he has not got it in him to take us to the heights this club should be at. Simple.

I think that makes you a bit of a to be honest.

I want Moyes to succeed, and I would quite happily eat copious slices of humble pie on here in shame, having been proved wrong.
