But you'll still back him regardless?
------------------

Its not as simple as that.

Pick your poison.

I have even less confidence in Gazidis to pick up the pieces when Wenger leaves.

Giroud up front destroys our fluency. Wenger will not learn.

How so? We hadnt no urgency from midfield or the flanks. Why do you always have only stick for Giroud?

So stick with him even though we know what to expect for the foreseeable future because there's a possibility Gazidis is equally as incompetent?

Its the old problem gt. When you have don't have threat to run in behind you allow the opposing teams to push up the pitch and literally play in your half of the pitch.

Now you can cope with that if you have a very fast transition from back to front. But if you don't as we don't, we don't play a counter attack game, we play tiki taka, we cannot build our playing schemes. So we look disjointed and hopeless.

Thats why tiki taka teams cannot function without fast burst strikers with great movement, and Giroud is not it. Thats why our best game was against Spurs in the FA Cup when Theo was leading the line.

Now Sanogo is not brilliant but he has some pace and he has much better physical strength to push defenders back, as he did against Liverpool and Bayern in the first 35 mins. That gives space and TIME for us to construct our passing schemes in midfield.

---------------------------------
Giroud is our main striker and should be our talisman. When we had Thierry and RVP we could rely on them to create something out of half chances or even out of nothing in a tough match like this. Giroud is nowhere near that, he will never have moment of brilliance to rescue the team. It's not his fault, it's Wenger who still thinks Giroud is a quality player when he is not. Even Adebayor is better than Giroud, he is scoring brilliant goals for Spurs from half-chances. And Giroud is also very sissy, collapsing to the ground at every contact and looking to the ref for a foul. Yet he had the guts to tell Wenger that we don't need another striker.

I will never ever unsderstand what you are talking about. Look at Liverpool. The have at least two or three upfront and pressure early . Did we pressure in midfield, did we have any sort of flanks or run ins in the box who create anything. The truth is we havent got any ball in the box and creating nothing due to a lack of passing and pace. Is it Giroud's fault alone? He had to cope with 6 defenders at times. How do you expect him to run in the box apart that isnt his game in general as we all know. Why cant we exploit the fact that Giroud always fight with the defenders? Where were our midfielders?

-----------------

Because he doesn't. Its a myth. He falls to the ground.

Sanogo is completely raw but he battled Liverpool's two CBs and forced them backwards. Just the way he did to Bayern Munich's even tougher defenders.

Giroud doesn't push the CBs back. If he did, players like Ozil, Rosicky, Santi will have much more space and time to play.

Yeah really? You against 10 men Dnirpo? He was absolute useless the whole game. Judging on the result you tool

Adebayor is considerably better than Giroud, only an idiot would say otherwise
