Hey everyone.
Just came across this on the Daily Mail, apologies if a thread has already been made about it.

What are everyones thoughts on this? Personally, I think it's a bit ludicrous. Alan Shearer, Alan Hansen, Mark Lawrenson, Gary Linekar et al- they have of course earned the right to be regulars on this programme due to their service to the sport. I understand that in this day and age it is important to be as diverse as possible so as to not upset the PC brigade but surely to include a "token" non-white person purely for the sake that they aren't white would do more harm then good?
Thoughts? Sensible debate encouraged.

It's too "white" - coming from a white guy what on earth?
Personally I think this has no bearing at all - black, white or asian isn't really relevant as some of the worst pundits in my book are a mixture (Garth Crooks, Robbie Savage). This race debate is a bit tedious in my view
