just read the bbc article where Campbell says he would of been englands captain for ten years if he was white, maybe he has a point, slightly, but one quote really got on my nerves, "I was consistently in the heart of the defence and I was a club captain early in my career."
He added: "I don't think it will change because they don't want it to and probably the majority of fans don't want it either
that quote is in regards to fans not wanting a black captain, jog on Campbell, if you think the FA didn't want you too be captain because of your race that's one thing, but too claim the majority of fans feel the same, jog on, don't tarnish English fans with that brush, we are one of the most racially excepting country's on earth.

Stupid comment by Campbell. There are racists out there (all colours and religions) but as pointed out above his well knows mental fragility isn't captain material. He was a fantastic player but not one is imagine would make a great manager

He is and always been a selfish, me, me ,me individual. Be it leaving spurs for arsenal and in a disgusting way, walking out on arsenal, walking out on notts county. Claiming that he doesnt get opportunities because of he is black...me, me , me.

Sol Campbell is one boring .....whether he was winning the league with Arsenal or being relegated with Portsmouth he always spoke with that boring tone. He loves playing the race card and I for one can not stand this
